Our mindfulness coach will be streaming live on our Instagram channel
At 10.30am each Wednesday we will be streaming a live meditation session on our Instagram page.
Run by our mindfulness coach, Luke Doherty, and supported by our Player Welfare Partner, Charles Stanley, the session will give you another coping method to help cope during these difficult times.
Between each session, Luke will challenge you to meditate every day.
Here are some tips on how to get the most from the session:
- The session is appropriate for all levels, from first-timers to regular meditators.
- Find a quiet room in your house.
- Make sure you are sitting comfortably, either on a chair or on the floor.
- The session will last for around five minutes – so don’t be late!
