The Mac Twins and Massaoke will ensure this year's Big Game is the most spectacular yet

Harlequins is excited to announce that Love Island’s The Mac Twins will headline Big Game 12 at Twickenham Stadium on Saturday 28th December.

Kicking off London’s Biggest Rugby Party The Mac Twins, AKA Alana and Lisa Macfarlane, will host a DJ set pre-game and at half-time of the men’s match accompanied by a spectacular lightshow.

To get the crowd in full voice ahead of the men’s and women’s fixtures Massaoke will also be in the stadium bowl leading the supporters in a huge Karaoke singalong with songs chosen by our fans and players.

Harlequins Chief Marketing Officer, Adrian Wells commented: “Big Game is synonymous with entertainment and this year, as well as including Harlequins women for the first time, we are delighted to welcome Massaoke and The Mac Twins, who we are sure will kick off the show in style.

“We’re looking forward to taking over Twickenham Stadium once again and entertaining a sell-out crowd with explosive rugby from both our men’s and women’s teams set to a backdrop of quality music and fun fan engagement.”

The Mac Twins added: “We’re absolutely buzzing to be kicking off Rugby's Biggest Party at Big Game 12 this December. Playing in front of 80,000 people at Twickenham is a gig we jumped at the chance to do - having been in Japan for the World Cup we are new rugby fans and absolutely can’t wait to party and keep everyone’s Christmases going.”

Bat, Drummer for Massaoke said: “We’re delighted to be invited to perform at Twickenham stadium once again after performing here at the Rugby World Cup final in 2015.

“Twickenham stadium’s shared music and rugby history is unique and incredible and as well as hosting some of the biggest and most exciting rugby matches the world has ever seen, Twickenham has also played host to some truly great artists. We’re really looking forward to carrying on our Christmas and helping to turn London’s biggest rugby party into London’s biggest singalong party, with a couple of Massaoke sets that will have something for everyone - be you seven or 70!"
